Dok Butcha’s Conversion Klinic: Battlesuits

July 2005·p. 92

THE SHORT VERSION

Al Bickham gives Tau Crisis suits running and airborne poses by reworking the legs instead of accepting the kit’s fixed stance. A leg is combined with an opposite-side arm component after selected portions are removed and joint lines carved into the plastic. The join is pinned for strength, and additional trimming sharpens the angle for a running suit. Photographs distinguish the more acute grounded pose from the extended flying alternative.
