MODELLING·WHITE DWARF 307

Into the Jungle

July 2005·pp. 28–29

THE SHORT VERSION

The same basic materials build four distinct grades of jungle. Undergrowth uses low foliage with room for bases, light jungle leaves paths through plants, dense jungle uses closely set bamboo trunks with gaps for individual models, and impenetrable jungle packs the vegetation into a continuous barrier. Six- to eight-inch undergrowth bases offer flexible placement. The instructions emphasize matching visible density to the terrain category players will use during a game.
