Tome of the Damned
January 2012·p. 103
THE SHORT VERSION
The tome’s pages begin brown and are shaded to emphasise the separations between them. Desert Yellow produces a dry parchment colour, then bone-tinted layers and white edges make the leaves readable. The finished book receives small fine-brush details, helping an otherwise tiny component contribute to the model’s ancient, forbidden character.
