PAINTING·WHITE DWARF 385

Skeletons and Bone Framing

January 2012·p. 103

THE SHORT VERSION

A pale stone base is shaded with diluted brown before bone and white drybrushing pick out the frame. Brown is returned to the recesses, with green sparingly added to selected areas and white sharpening the edges. The same stages apply to ordinary Skeletons and Wights, with Steve recommending painting bone first when speed matters.
