Grimnir’s Thunder
October 2011·p. 98
THE SHORT VERSION
The Dwarf ship’s steel, gold and bronze engine parts are painted separately before common silver edge highlights bring their surfaces together. Green panels progress from a dark base and wash to brighter layers without covering the recesses. Keeping the three hull parts separate gives access to the interior before the finished ship is attached to its painted base.
