High Elf shield symbols transform an Arcane Ruins component into an Elven monument, with selected gems providing a contrasting visual accent. Wizards within its influence gain an improved chance to channel magical power, regardless of their allegiance. The small conversion demonstrates how repeated racial iconography can make a generic ruin appear culturally specific while its useful battlefield effect ensures both sides may want control of it.
