Arcane Ruins and Gothic scenery parts frame a painted star-filled portal, whose reverse is an apparently solid stone wall. At the start of each Magic phase it produces a randomly determined spell from several different lores. The model and commentary show how a single terrain feature can become an unpredictable source of beneficial or destructive magic, giving nearby troops reason to consider more than cover and movement.
