THE SHORT VERSION

The Skaven must deliver a disease into an enemy settlement before the defenders can stop them. One version follows infiltrators slipping contaminated bodies or vessels into a water supply; another uses an open assault to escort a unit or moving objective through a gate or over a wall. The distinction lets the same unpleasant background support either a stealth mission or a larger breakthrough battle.
