Studio players explain the battlefield roles of the new Tyranid army’s major threats. Expendable broods overwhelm target priorities, Raveners attack from unexpected positions and cheap Gargoyles provide a fast swarm, while more durable Warriors strengthen the middle of the force. Genestealers can include a Broodlord and Carnifexes can form broods, encouraging an army built from cooperating layers rather than a single preferred monster.

Subterranean Assault

Aly Morrison and Tom Walton’s plastic Trygon builds on Simon Egan’s Forge World model while sharing proportions with the Carnifex.
