The Altar of Khorne

THE SHORT VERSION

Phil Kelly’s heavily armoured Chaos host attacks Alessio Cavatore’s varied Dwarf army in a three-thousand-point battle for an Arcane Monolith. Skull crevices alter Frenzy and rallying, while repeated challenges improve Chaos heroes through the Eye of the Gods. Kraxis dies to his own daemonic weapon after killing a Slayer, but the rest of the army overwhelms the Dwarf positions. The Hammerers remain defiant as Chaos wins 3,217 victory points to 1,639.
