Commissar Yarrick’s Fortress of Arrogance
February 2008·pp. 94–95
THE SHORT VERSION
Neil Hodgson turns the Baneblade into both a weapon and a pulpit through ornate reclaimed components, painted friezes and a measured plasticard platform. A scale turret plan guides the sloping walls and textured floor, while city fittings mount missiles and provide architectural details. Restrained grey highlights keep the black hull sombre, with warm gold-leaf effects and bright metal establishing Yarrick’s status. The project joins practical construction planning with elaborate illustrative work.
