MODELLING·WHITE DWARF 338

Catachan Hellhammer

February 2008·p. 91

THE SHORT VERSION

Chad adapts the short-ranged tank for dense jungle rather than city streets. Halved chain links become tie-down hoops, supporting foliage, wire and camouflage rope added after the green paintwork is complete. Heavy mud accumulates across the lower hull and also marks the camouflage, unifying the tank with its environment. The conversion communicates concealment and sustained travel through wet undergrowth without substantially rebuilding the chassis.
