PAINTING·WHITE DWARF 314

Satchels and Múrin’s Bedroll

February 2006·p. 39

THE SHORT VERSION

Scorched Brown leather receives bone-mixed edges, a Brown Ink wash and a final pale highlight. The wash restores depth and softens the contrast before the last narrow line. Múrin’s bedroll follows a separate warm red sequence from Scab Red through Blood Red, blended with Flesh Wash and finished by a little white in the highlight. Distinct materials therefore remain visible even where several small accessories overlap.
