THE SHORT VERSION

Rohan’s starting infantry seeks promotion into mounted warriors and Royal Guard, proving its members fit for an éored. Mounted models gain Expert Rider, but only figures visibly carrying bows count as bow-armed riders, permitting an all-mounted company within the shooting limit. Recruitment and equipment tables support that progression, while Horse Lord lets a hero spend Fate on his mount. The rules align the campaign’s advancement with the riders’ cultural aspirations.
