THE SHORT VERSION

Three counters fall to the Templars while Adam retains two, but the fighting threatens to reverse possession. Reinforcing Marines save the Chaplain’s unit from Wyches, and deep-striking Terminators absorb fire and destroy the Leman Russ in assault. The Archon’s retinue and transports are subsequently lost, leaving Graham a decisive points victory. Both players conclude that objective discipline and practical troop selection mattered more than the army’s aggressive reputation.
