Keith Robertson describes Kraken’s warm exoskeleton, shaded with Flesh Wash and highlighted from Bubonic Brown toward Bleached Bone, against black-based red carapaces and claws. Small green weapon tubes and pink tongues complete the main palette. The illustrated variants add different flesh and orange-brown combinations beyond the prose recipe. The army itself favours eighteen gun-armed Warriors and numerous lesser creatures, demonstrating that a recognizable swarm need not include Genestealers or great monsters.
