They Came from the Skies

THE SHORT VERSION

A restricted Tyranid vanguard lands by Deep Strike while previously infiltrated broods emerge nearby. The attacker receives accelerated Reserve rolls from the first turn, and each arriving brood places a mycetic spore marker. Six turns of Victory Points fighting are complicated by random spore clouds that shorten weapon range, hinder rallying or damage stationary non-Tyranid troops. The defenders must exploit staggered arrivals before the invasion accumulates overwhelming strength.
