Terminators advance or withdraw behind an armoured gun line rather than automatically consuming points in Land Raider transports. Tanks shield sight lines and compete for hostile anti-tank fire, while mobile heavy weapons and power fists let the infantry act like resilient Dreadnought support without pretending its armour is immune to weapons built to destroy vehicles.
