RULES·WHITE DWARF 305

Swamp Creatures

May 2005·p. 67

THE SHORT VERSION

Players place and scatter hazard markers before the battle, representing the presence of creatures rather than individual targets. Moving close to them counts as dangerous terrain and can remove models, but the markers cannot be shot or destroyed, forcing troops to negotiate hostile habitat rather than eliminate another conventional enemy unit.
