Colonel Schaeffer and the Last Chancers: Unit Rules

THE SHORT VERSION

The rules turn Schaeffer, Kage and a variable group of penal soldiers into a flexible formation divided into small sub-units. Specialists gain weapons or unusual equipment, and eligible groups can infiltrate, deep strike or ride in Chimeras. The colonel’s harsh discipline sustains the scattered force, while Kage receives abilities reflecting his dangerous instincts. Restrictions on doctrines and support models preserve the unit’s identity as a deliberately assembled collection of misfits.
