Paul’s retro science-fiction Enforcers use opposed fluorescent lighting effects to suggest a neon-lit underhive. Their campaign history is less immaculate than their law-enforcement image: one sniper loses an eye immediately, while a flash grenade rebounds into its own squad. The gang eventually brings Dan’s notorious leader to justice.
