A branching questionnaire turns broad preferences about an army into a suggested Warhammer 40,000 faction. Decisions about hordes versus elites, cunning versus aggression, unusual technology, mobility and religious or martial outlook lead through illustrated faction descriptions. The final note encourages readers to treat loyalist Chapters and Traitor Legions as starting points, replacing the result with a successor, renegade warband or invented force when that better matches the story they want to tell.
