Brush Tips: The Infernal Tauruses

THE SHORT VERSION

Connor compares two ways to paint the Infernal Taurus as a crafted material animated by forbidden power. One model resembles polished brass with molten-looking channels; the other is hard-edged green jade, deliberately close in hue to the army’s daemonfire. Recipes for the jade body, wing edges and brass body show how controlled recess glazing and bright highlights can preserve the impression of a smooth statue rather than living skin.
