The original space-elf armour grows from an advanced protective bodysuit into the smooth Guardian form, with panels suggesting musculature without losing the faction’s slender proportions. The shuriken weapon’s crossbow ancestry, moulding constraints and increasingly visible ammunition magazine show practical production choices becoming recognisable visual language.

Recreating Fred Reed’s Howling Griffons

Designers’ Notes: The Race of Men

Gavin, Lewis, Keith and Luke discuss translating The War of the Rohirrim into miniatures while keeping Rohan visually connected to the older film range.
