THE SHORT VERSION
Lyle uses an airbrush to make spectral Nighthaunt bodies fade into their robes, avoiding the impression that ordinary sunlight defines their edges. Rusty weapons and stony bases ground the ghosts. His Dark Angels use a different approach: white zenithal light beneath thin green coats, carefully drybrushed highlights and red weapon casings create readable armour without losing the Chapter’s characteristic dark finish.
