Battle Report: A Tale of Four Warlords

THE SHORT VERSION

The series ends with ten thousand points fighting over blackstone on Nova-Raukus. James and Rhuairidh combine World Eaters and Death Guard against Joe’s Space Marines and Kin and Andy’s Astra Militarum. The scenario rewards extracted crates, the central deposit and destroyed enemies, while accumulated series points supply one-use Warlord Tactics that create reversals and stolen opportunities.

Angron’s return, Mortarion’s stubborn survival and a crowded reinforcement fight place the defenders under severe pressure. Concentrated armour and Kin firepower eventually banish both Primarchs, allowing Joe and Andy to secure blackstone and win despite extensive casualties. The debrief celebrates an eight-hour battle whose close finish resolves both the campaign narrative and the warlords’ collecting competition.
