Invasion Campaign: The Killing Blow

THE SHORT VERSION

The final Age of Darkness mission combines regular objective scoring with a special reward for killing the opposing warlord, increased if that target is a Primarch. Strategic Advantage determines deployment and the opening turn unless seized, and the result of this battle settles the entire invasion campaign.

Suffer No Rivals

Each commander nominates two experienced units as Priority Targets, making their destruction far more valuable than ordinary objective control at the battle’s end. Markers remain held after troops move away, but protected target units cannot simply disappear into reserve, producing a hunt in which screening important units and cornering the enemy matter greatly.
