December 2017·pp. 110–115
THE SHORT VERSION
James Hewitt explains league organisation as a sequence of manageable tasks: establish interest, agree realistic dates, collect rosters and communicate results. He recommends starting simply, keeping statistics current and celebrating the finish, then using feedback to shape a later season; most of the practical principles also apply to campaigns in other systems.
