THE SHORT VERSION

The Ravenwing guide addresses the balance between flat black and armour highlighted so heavily it reads as grey. Dan begins with an Abaddon Black and Eshin Grey mix, darkens it with Nuln Oil and then defines the surfaces through Eshin Grey, Mechanicus Standard Grey and Dawnstone. Narrow, controlled highlights preserve the sinister black impression while revealing the rider and bike’s shapes.

New Releases: Dark Angels

The release showcase examines how the Dark Angels’ specialist formations receive distinct models and equipment.
