INTERVIEW·WHITE DWARF 396

Goblin Town

December 2012·p. 136

THE SHORT VERSION

The sculptors describe seeing the full-size Goblin Town set as if it were a giant wargaming table. A rough balsa-and-plasticard mock-up establishes the miniature version before Aly Morrison and Nic Ho refine its modular sections. Film stills and concepts inform the looted doors, bones, knots and damaged planks, while the separate terrain set is designed to combine with the starter-box pieces into progressively larger layouts.
