THE SHORT VERSION

A Grey Knights Librarian generates powers according to Mastery Level while retaining Hammerhand, and eligible Inquisitors or Coteaz receive their own exchange arrangements. Ward highlights close-ranged Pyromancy for a powerful Librarian who can reach the right place to use it. The distinctions prevent treating every psyker in the codex as though it had the same selection allowance.

Embracing the Dark Future
