THE SHORT VERSION

Rhinox Hide gives the quills a dark root colour before Gorthor Brown and Kislev Flesh catch the projecting lengths. The sequence distinguishes the stiff hair from the green skin and uses narrow highlights to preserve its texture. The lightest flesh-toned accent is confined to the exposed tips rather than turning the whole crest pale.
