High Elf rivalries can awaken unusually powerful Dragons, bring replenishing citizen levies or turn noble duels into especially valuable victories. Magical results amplify wizards or monsters, but attach risks such as an opponent choosing the outcome of a miscast. The most extreme result invests a secretly chosen Hero with Aenarion’s power at the cost of a continuing chance of death, combining political pride with the dangerous weight of legend.

Attack on Weathertop
