THE SHORT VERSION
Jervis Johnson argues that a gaming group’s varied skills make shared projects both achievable and rewarding. He recommends beginning with painting or terrain sessions before progressing to a themed multiplayer refight, a campaign or a public display game. A deadline and a common story can unite those activities, but the scale should grow from experience rather than outrun the group’s ability to finish.
