THE SHORT VERSION

Robin Cruddace and Mat Ward present the first half of a new Sisters of Battle Codex, replacing Codex: Witch Hunters. Background leads into army-wide faith mechanics and profiles for infantry, vehicles and named leaders, establishing how the Orders Militant fight. This instalment supplies unit rules rather than a complete selectable army: the points, options and army-selection list are explicitly reserved for the following month.

Shrine of Knowledge: Power Scroll

An official amendment changes the Power Scroll into a one-use arcane item that halves the casting value of a single spell. It costs 35 points and cannot be used with a boosted version of a spell, making the restriction part of the updated rule rather than an optional interpretation.
