Simon Grant talks to Phil Kelly, Alex Hedström and Brian Nelson about the new Vampire Counts models and rules. Hedström contrasts the rearing, decayed nobility of the Zombie Dragon with the forward-lunging Terrorgheist and its bestial Ghoul King rider; exposed organs and ribs draw on John Blanche’s imagery. Kelly gives Wraiths and Banshees individual histories as heroes, while Nelson discusses the freedom that plastic character kits offer for delicate poses and sculpted bases.
