Small personal retinues allow Ecclesiarchy leaders to retain fighting attendants within the restrictions of the Decree Passive. Crusaders bring power weapons and storm shields, Death Cult Assassins combine paired power weapons with agility, and Arco-flagellants offer a brutal form of penal service. Their separate profiles and protections give the conclave several distinct close-combat roles.
