CAMPAIGN·WHITE DWARF 375

The Battle for Karak Eight Peaks

March 2011·pp. 32–39

THE SHORT VERSION

Jeremy Vetock turns the three-sided struggle for the Dwarfhold into a flexible campaign for Dwarfs, Night Goblins and Skaven. Preliminary battles earn points that buy reinforcements or random events in the final confrontation; free faction leaders accumulate injuries or deaths, making victories personal. Underground games impose hazardous movement on cavalry and flyers, and naming characters and locations helps a loosely scheduled series acquire a shared history.
