Wyches: Flesh and Red Hair

November 2010·p. 90

THE SHORT VERSION

Joe Tomaszewski gives the Wyches an almost alabaster complexion with a flesh-and-blue-grey foundation, warm recess shade and increasingly white highlights. Purple around the eyes and nose supplies depth without losing pallor. A separate dark-red-to-orange hair sequence adds a strong primary colour against the otherwise neutral skin and leather, reinforcing the models’ sharp contrasts.
