Tactica: Tyranids

March 2010·pp. 58–63

THE SHORT VERSION

Robin Cruddace places overlapping Synapse coverage at the centre of a successful Tyranid army, supported by advice from Marco Schulze and Tim Sawyer. Different sizes of creatures cooperate to absorb fire, create surprise attacks and maintain continuous pressure. Shooting, reserve arrivals and close combat are treated as parts of one plan, with specific warnings about overextended broods, enemy cover and the need to preserve control after the first assault.
