Colin Grayson and Tom Walton explain the Venerable Dreadnought’s alternative sarcophagi, helmets, armour plates and weapon arrangements. References to older Space Marine designs support its ancient identity, while plug-in guns let players change armament without rebuilding the model. Compatibility with the other plastic Dreadnoughts and the annotated frame map make the kit a source of conversions as well as a decorated veteran in its own right.

Mechanised Nostalgia
