TACTICS·WHITE DWARF 363

Legion of the White Hand

March 2010·pp. 42–43

THE SHORT VERSION

Jeremy Vetock explains his progression from relying on large Uruk-hai formations to supporting them with cheap Orc archers, ambushers and mobile Warg Riders. These units absorb attention, protect flanks and create openings for the valuable core. Hard-hitting specialists are kept in a second wave so they survive long enough to matter, while the photographed collection gives him a pool from which to tailor a force for each opponent.
