Painting Lacquered Armour

THE SHORT VERSION

Corsair armour begins with an equal mix of Liche Purple and Chaos Black, preserving a dark foundation. Broad purple bands define the edges before a finer purple and Fortress Grey mix picks out the strongest contours. The changing width of the highlights gives the plates their lacquered appearance while keeping the shadows almost black.

Cold-hearted Killers: Sample Assassins

Three Assassin builds illustrate the different jobs available through the Gifts of Khaine.
