Warriors of the Far Future: Tyranids

THE SHORT VERSION

Tyranids combine masses of Gaunts with huge monsters and independent close-assault predators, all directed by the Hive Mind. The guide stresses using these elements together rather than expecting a single creature type to solve every problem. Replenishing Gaunts supply objective troops, while revised assaults make enemy rear armour vulnerable. Deep-striking and infiltrating organisms can threaten important positions early, though destroying heavy vehicles from a distance remains difficult.
