THE SHORT VERSION

The final material studies distinguish worn metal, pale beard, carved masonry, wood and rope through small colour wheels. Two dragon-scale treatments show how related red mixtures can produce a darker and lighter finish, while a blue grid gives one cloth patch additional interest. Symbol and script tips address brush control, and the Chaos Giant example encourages imaginative colour choices once the underlying material techniques are understood.
