PAINTING·WHITE DWARF 313

Orc Armour

January 2006·p. 61

THE SHORT VERSION

Tin Bitz is layered while leaving the black undercoat in recesses, then forceful Boltgun Metal drybrushing breaks up its dark surface. Brown Ink stains the armour before a lighter Chainmail edge treatment. The resulting battered metal suits irregular Orc equipment and can be varied across a regiment to reinforce its disorderly appearance.
