MODELLING·WHITE DWARF 313

Modelling Moria

January 2006·pp. 106–107

THE SHORT VERSION

Foam offcuts become rubble barriers and broken walkways, with gouged rather than completely severed surfaces preserving playable connections. A tiered rock spire supports an octagonal platform and foamboard throne made from earlier templates. Roughcoat textures the stone before black paint, Dark Flesh in recesses and grey-to-pale drybrushing finish it. The projects expand an existing Dwarrowdelf collection while supplying the pieces used by this issue’s rules.
