TACTICS·WHITE DWARF 313

Guns, Guns, Guns

January 2006·pp. 48–49

THE SHORT VERSION

The shooting army depends on deployment because repositioning costs precious fire. Rangers provide a flexible late placement, a Gyrocopter blocks marches and flees to delay pursuit, and a lone Dragonslayer occupies enemies without needing to beat them. Target priorities begin with fast units and opposing artillery, then shift toward removing ranks or provoking several Panic tests. The Anvil’s movement rune and an explosive bolt thrower supply surprises once opponents focus on the barrage.
