Mat Ward creates a customization system that gives all knights in an army one suitable advantage and one disadvantage. Legendary examples depart from that balance where their reputation warrants it, while background and paint palettes explain seven established Orders. Reiksguard also gain a dismounted option, and shorter profiles suggest further themes. The feature explicitly requires opponent consent, presenting characterful variation rather than automatic changes to the Empire army book.
