Waaagh! Grishnak!
October 2005·pp. 72–75
THE SHORT VERSION
Adrian Wood rebuilds his long-serving Warboss and retinue for a Bad Moons collection, drawing on clan culture without treating its motifs as rigid limits. Looted Imperial guns, masks, iron gobs and trophies express wealth and personal status. His earlier Flash Gitz palette supplies varied light-brown clothing and bright green skin, while extra metallic work and bone-coloured glyphs distinguish the leaders. The conversions show how a shared theme can unify different kits and ages of model.
